Rates:

Depending on the room, rates range from $150 to $160 per night, including breakfast (double occupancy) and are subject to 11% room and sales tax. A combination suite of Ruby plus Rose Quartz is available for $250, plus tax.

Senior and military discounts are available with proper identification; please inquire for details.

Policies and Payment:

Check-in: 4p.m.-8p.m., or by appointment. Check-out: prior to 10:30 a.m.

School-age children (5 years and older) and their well-behaved parents are welcome; as in other fine establishments, children left unattended may be given a cup of espresso and a puppy upon departure.

In consideration of the health and comfort of our guests, The River Gem BnB is a pet-free and  “breathe easy” property; smoking is not permitted on the premises (inside or out).

One night’s deposit is required with all reservations and will be confirmed upon receipt (check, cash, or credit card). Your balance will be accepted upon arrival.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. A full refund (less this fee) will be made if cancellation notice is received at least 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued with less than 7 days notice, unless the room can be rented to another party on short notice.  Under certain conditions, and upon request and approval, a raincheck will be issued with a 1-year expiration at no additional charge.
